Since John is his boss, wouldn't it just be easier to have him resign? You think a momentary fan backlash is a bigger issue in his eyes than dragging the club name through the mud again?

It is not a theory. Apparently it is not that easy as they are doing the same of what they did with Moggi. Putting his name on black list, connecting him with criminals.

I saw an article on a newspaper that indirectly belongs to Jewish Koc family two years ago. John Elkann and heir of Koc family, Ali Koc are friends and business partners. It was about how John Elkann is pissed with Andrea because of that wife issue and Francesco Calvo got 2 million € compensation paid by the club.

They were quoting him ''You can't make club shareholders pay for your own mistakes''

Of course all of this are part of plan, getting rid of Agnelli name from business for good.

Those billionaires do not give a flying fuck about some irrelevant guy's wife cheating. If business is going well, then everything stays the same. Cut the BS.
