Juve blame Torino for ban

Juventus announced they will appeal a partial stadium ban, as they shouldn’t pay for the “failure and inefficiency” of Torino.
The club was today ordered to close the Curva Sud for their season opener against Udinese.
This is a reduction of the original two-match closure after a firework was thrown into a sector of Torino fans during the derby on April 26.
Juventus hit back with a statement and promised a new appeal to the CONI (Italian Olympic Committee).
“Today’s decision by the FIGC Court of Appeal leaves us perplexed, as the person responsible for this crime was identified and arrested.
“This identification was able to confirm that he was inside the Stadio Olimpico in Turin, an event organised by another club, without a ticket and his name was not present on the list of Juventini present in the away sector.
“He was already on a Daspo ban, so should not have been allowed into the stadium, and was not a Juventus season ticket holder.
“It is therefore unclear why the club should be considered responsible for his behaviour. Juventus and their fans must not pay the price for the failure and inefficiency of others.”
C'mon Andrea , show the class of your Agnelli name! Splash some cash on a true World Class signing , open your eyes and realise that it won't work in UCL with a bunch of classy 20' year olds leading the atack , i understand we need to rejuvenate our squad but we are no Ajax , and those kind of examples last time i checked worked out in the early 90's. Just bring someone trully World Class to lead our atack , maybe im over my head but David Silva looks as the best option right now , he is World Class and has exactly the kind of abilityes and experience we need. I believe he is available for somewhere under 40 milions and we shoudnt get stingy for his wages because he can trully lead as a No.10
I am by no means desperate about our situation and i am very rational by knowing what i sayd here will probably make no difference but it's just the way i see things right now in my oppinion and i am pretty sure David Silva its the kind of guy who will feel distinguished of such a offer from us.
I would anyday prefer to splash ~50 milions on a high-profile player we can rely for the next 3,4 years as a leader rather than splashing 15,20 mil in 2,3 succesive mercato's trying to get a "possibly"/"maybe" good player who can fill the gap , but that kind of players dont make you Champions League winners.
I just hope our board has a similar view on things and doesn't let our team downgrade again to only Serie A as a objective , but personally i see our team looking good right now but as optimistic as i am about Juventus i really can't see them as Champions League winners in the next 1,2 years and its just sad to leave a team happy with only domestic succes when you have such a winners mentality printed in our players minds , this kind of mentality got us to almost a treble last year and everyone who wasn't blind could see the role Tevez played and right now we are really missing a no.10 , not as much the number as of the leadership skills such a player can bring in our atack.

I do know that , but i also know that right now Andrea is in charge of Juventus and by evaluating our current mercato moves we should have at least another 40 milion left (without including future sells) of our e2015-2016 transfer budget , a consistent budget i must add , considering the revenues and incomes from the latest sponsorship deals and especially the Uefa cash. So let's start over , Juventus right now doesn't need "help" from Elkan's personal fortune to be able to improve the team , high revenues don't just pop up often and Juventus since 2011 has been a 'global hit' which generated huge income and judging by the last 4 summer windows we haven't "exceeded" our budgets and didn't throw out ridiculous fees and wages for players and that is a fact , we built a World Class team with limited funds and giving the succes the team has had it kept balance in the economic side of the club. We must always be aware of the fact that not every year we find to get cheap World Class Pirlo's and Tevez's....
What i stand for right now is the way our management plans this season , being aware of the gap but not looking at the right players , which in my view isn't the right way to do things considering the increase of our Budget this year and losing experienced important players for almost nothing of course does worry me , we made good moves so far in this Mercatto but it is more than obvious we still have at least 40 milions left , but our board has the right intuition to not 'splash' and always thinking ahead , considering opportunities and staying prepared in case something goes wrong (having money in the winter market is also a very smart move considering the things can happen the first 4 months of the season) but right now we are lacking a creative midfielder and a no.10 in the same time , our team looks good but why risk wasting good players for a season unstead of risking 3/4 of the budget on a guy who can really make the difference and not give you headaches every mercato about thinking to replace him with someone better ... 30-40 milion is a more than reasonable price for someone like David Silva and our current transfer can back it up if they have the will of going for it. The problem right now is that we prefer to conserve money for "emergencyes" all the time , which is not bad but on times like this is time to break that rule and forget about having a "balanced economic state" for a season because in the end if we dont get the right guy we will end up splashing even more cash for flops during a couple of years and also causing instability in our team.
And what i personally feel? I feel that they are just too scared of the blame that would come if someone splashes 40 milion on a guy and he flops or fails to integrate , i think this is the main reason why they looking at Draxler and not throwing 30 milions on the table , we do have the money , but is he worth it ? The answear is that right now , NO! Dybala is already a bet and i surely dont want to see him flop or something , but players like him need someone to look up to in order to improve , right now we only have Mandzukic as a Top striker but he aint really a role'model , anyway , i feel we need someone experience to lead and connect the game , someone that can make our game tick.

I wasn't blaming him i was just urging him to allow/push GM to make better transfers.
P.S.: At the time i made the post , we didn't yet get any of Alex Sandro , Cuadrado , Hernanes , Lemina etc and from the latest comment it sounded as our mercatto was either over or we gonna get someone mediocre as CAM (Hernanes is actually a good purchase) and i was just expressing my feelings and the fact we had enough money at the time to invest in more expensive players but seemed like nobody was/is gonna take that risk yet , what is to understand is that while we ask for 100m+ on Pogba and other teams are really willing to pay it than its clear that with 'low cost' investments not gonna work anymore if we really aiming to win Champions League. Untill now i can say what happened in the last weeks of the mercato went actually well and i feel it was a smart move to not overpay on Draxler (which wasn't even rushing to join) , a World Class player like David Silva like i mentioned in my earlyer post can wait , we already got plenty of potential in the team and depending of the achievements we have this year will weight a lot in the way the next mercatto's will go. All i hope now is that things will go well this year because on 'paper' we look even more dangerous than last year.
