That weakness would've been inherited by anybody who took over this team at the time AA did. I personally think he talks too much at times ad reacts impulsively, but his inability to 'defend' us is owed to way too many external factors. This will change with time, when you see a shift in the older regimes that currently exist at the other big clubs in Italy.

Don't forget, Juve is currently the most modern, club and Agnelli is the first of the new generation stepping into play with the big boys. He's bound to be the softest target. In time, he will be top of the food chain, when the other clubs start modernising their organisations.
