Wll I don't know if it is retarded or not, I read that they have announced that they will sue everbody who dealed with Gaddafi, if that involves us, really don't know.

Lafico, a sovereign wealth fund, are the ones with the stake in Juve, not Gaddafi's personal fortune, although there is undoubtedly a lot of overlap between the 2 since he is a dictator.

All of Lafico's assets will simply be handed over to the new government. They don't need to sue anyone, unless certain governments refuse to unfreeze them for w/e reason.
