If Uefa somehow punishes us for this which I have no doubts they will. We have no option but to let Agnelli go, perhaps as a plea bargain back to UEFA?

This whole thing stinks of calciopoli all over again.
They cannot punish us alone. 12 clubs have signed that contract. Legally, just apologizing to fans through media isn't a way out.

Lets not forget who we are dealing with here. It's UEFA, an organisation that makes rules for some and not for others. We've seen it with FFP. I bet you anything UEFA will reward the English in some manner if they haven't done so already and they'll make an example of us because it'll be convenient for everyone else to see some sort of retribution.

It would suspicious if Madrid (and others) who are equally complicit aren’t punished equally
Not suspicious, it's the inevitable and we don't have a leg to stand on legally.

Losing to two poorer but better teams in CL two seasons in a row made this guy go insane, now Juve is not only the biggest loser in Europe, now we're also hated, and a joke.

We shouldnt concede this time.
This is the thing right, we conceded last time because of the clowns we put in charge to make that plea bargain. Some might say the Elkann's were responsible then and were sleeping with the enemy, just as they probably are preparing to remove Agnelli.
