"It's a lovely evening, which came after a thrilling game that showed us how nice is to fight to the end, because then you can get great results."

"Juventus won everything in Italy and abroad thanks to the great affection of all the fans together and thanks to all those who work for this company. There are 250 people and are all important, but tonight I want to send a special thanks and applause at someone particular: Our coach, Gigi Delneri, who is doing a tremendous job."

About the new stadium:"It will be an installation of art, a warm, charming, designed for families and children, where all have fun together. It will be the place with which we will present the world in which we write so many new pages of the history of Juventus."
Lovely worded that.

“Calciopoli has been a ridiculous process. The lawyers have told me they haven’t even managed to read all the papers."

"If there are important opportunities on the market in January, we'll of course take them because the renovation of Juventus is continuous

Agnelli: «The defeat does not change our objectives»

2011 did not start-off well for Juventus but President Agnelli is not disheartened after the defeat against Parma: «It was a negative day which started-off badly with the injury suffered by Quagliarella. Then came the sending-off of Melo which I think was right even though he suffered a hard tackle and perhaps there should have been a warning for the Parma player. I did not like Melo’s reaction even though it was an instinctive gesture following a strong kick to his inner thigh. The players on the field should serve as examples».

The score suffered is too heavy but the final score counts very little for the President: «After having conceded the goal we tried to remedy and we unbalanced ourselves a bit but at that point losing 1-0 or 4-1 does not make a difference. Now we must remain united because this defeat does not change our objectives and does not change the conviction in our means. I am happy with the supporters who encouraged us even today».

Quagliarella’s injury is a bad bit of news for Juventus. Asked whether the transfer market plans will change, Agnelli answered: «First of all let us hope that Fabio’s injury in not a serious one. H e suffered a distortion to his knee which will be evaluated tomorrow by the medical staff, but as I already stated, our plans will not change. We always said that starting with -27 in comparison to last year, it is not easy to be ahead of everyone after 6 months but we must live up to our tradition. We changed a great deal during Summer. We had 12 new players and the squad is very competitive: we have a group of attackers who when are well are of a very high level, we have one of the best midfields in Europe, an exceptional central defence duo, the best goalkeeper of the decade and Storari who does not make us miss him…It is a squad of excellent quality which perhaps suffers a bit from inexperience. We must give these player, many of whom are young, the time to improve and to acquire maliciousness and personality».

Attackers of a very high level,
best midfields,
exceptional central defence duo,
best goalkeeper and also his backup...

so it gotta be fullbacks that we're going to buy in winter? :xfinger:

It's not difficult to guess that he will bla bla again after match. He will tell how we sucked but our aim isn't changed. What was the aim exactly? Turning classiest team in Italy to biggest laughstock in sports history? This pile of shit is not Juventus we know. How can someone with self-respect can let this happen to his family name?
Invest money or eat shit. Presidency is not watching games in stadium and blabbering about situation but doing nothing about it.

Mods are free to give ban as always, i just wanted to express my feelings as this became unbearable as a fan.

You really believe in this gift thing Turk?
Do you mean that he has never promised buying great players from his pocket? That's not important. This is what club owners supposed to do. He should either invest money or get the fuck out and sell the club someone worthy.

Wish if it was that simple, but its not.
It's simple with other big clubs but difficult with us?

This club is operated as a company. The more profit we make, the better players we can get.

Plus what would happen if we spend alot in the market and the team still sucked (just like what happened to Madrid or Inter in the past) atleast these two clubs could afford it, but we will simply get bankrupt with that strategy in no time.

We can't simply blame Andrea for the dilemma that we're in right now.

I don't think he will ever pay from his own pocket.

As for the bolded part, not every club president is a Moratti or Berlusca.
