Reminds me of old KGB methods of media warfare. Spread rumours of some opposition politician to be a child pornography collector, most people will not believe it, then have your state controlled media dismantle the rumours nice and slow while repeating the word child pornography as often as possible. It's highly effective because the person will always be associated with that affair in the minds of ppl. Can't stay in a public position with that smell and have to resign

The anti-Juve "old boys club" within the halls of power in the FIGC still alive and kicking. This reminds me of the Conte/Siena saga, they tried their best to de-rail us after our first Scudetto in years. They don't even try to hide it anymore.

It's been a few years since a good old scandal, have to keep the plates spinning.

What I don't get is how it's not expected and known that a portion of ultras are criminals? It's the same across the country, same in other countries. Does it become important at a certain level, if you are a certain club? I imagine we are probably the most high profile club with these kind of people in the fan base, probably in Europe. Or is it just important because of mafia ties?

Last week I would have said the same, but you can already see where this is heading and it is the beginning. The ironic thing is that Allegri has done more than any other president in reducing the control of ultras, perhaps with the exception of Roma in the last year or so. They were and still are holding clubs to ransom, but a lot changed once the tessera was introduced.
