'We don't intend to sell any of the champions we have."

I assume that means that Trezeguet won't be leaving...strangely enough, whilst on the tram today I found myself sat next to a trezeguet lookalike, who was speaking french and accompanied by a glamourous hag wench. Does that enfant terrible have a brother, slightly stockier, an inch smaller and living in the northern suburbs of Melbourne****

I am not kidding here but I would actually love to have the "then" Lombardo in our team now. I wish it were possible.

IF the club do swap co owner ship of Giovinco with Cassano and send him to Samp it will surely only be temporary right? I would think it is a similar situation to Criscito but even more certain that Giovinco would only go inorder to be a starter at Samp and then return once Ale retires having become used to dictating the play of an entire team and being a leader.

Now I think this is pointless and would infuriate alot of fans but I am positive Giovinco would return. I want Cassano but I dont want Giovinco to leave. Just because Ranieri is a tool and thinks that playing an attacking player on the left is the only possibility and it is impossible to play with an attacking player 20 yards to the right in the center ... it does not mean we should let go of one of the most promising talents in the world.

The only logic I can see is if Samp are hell bent on keeping Cassano and would only accept letting him go inorder to have another top talent for a few years. The club might think that this is the only way to have both Giovinco and Cassano in the long run.

I just dont like where this is going. Which position does Cassano usually play in samp?

Seriously, isnt Cassano just a very expensive gamble....

Im just thinking its much cheaper to give Giovinco a go, i mean sometimes i thought it was Messi in there when we played Chelsea. Futhermore hes got something Cassano does not have: He loves this club.

Expensive but he can come out very good.20mln euros wouldn't be much if he's mature now and that's the only gamble in this case. With our players I think he'd play even better and he could be one of the best transfers in Europe.

Just see him now...he's damn good.He has great technique,vision/creativity and everything.

He can coexist with Giovinco IMO,playing him and Cassano behind Amauri would rock if we're talking about him as a direct Del Piero replacement.
