That game is so far away, it's not even funny. You have no idea what our team will look like by then.
Technically, that's true, but considering it's the Pats, I think it's pretty safe to project that Chip's team won't be as good. I mean Pats will beat you guys with Jimmy G under center. And the fact that game is later in the season is actually a problem for Philly - Pats are one of the few teams who get better and better as the season progresses; you want to beat them, have to catch them early while they are still coming together as a team.

Even with BB and Tommy set aside, Pats have one big up on Philly by default - Pats are a team built thru the draft, Philly is a collection of players put together via free agency, with a revolving door as a team mascot and rather shaky structure (at least right now). As I said, Pats will hang a 40+ on your Chipster with the back up QB and Tommy on the bench, looking at naked pics of Giselle.

I'm willing to make a wager on this. Avatar rights for a month.

I got my money on Philly. Even though Bradford will probably be hurt by then, I think we'll be able to pull the W.

You are wasting your time and setting yourself up for disappointment. Philly is a team in flux right now - so many people have come and gone thru that door and many may well yet to follow (e.g. Kendricks). At this point, Philly should be aiming at splitting divisional games with the 'Boys and Giants, and maybe, just maybe sneaking into the play-offs, if several other teams under-perform.
Beating the Patriots, at Foxboro in December nonetheless, should be out of the scope of their realistic goals, for the time being. Only 3 teams can match up with the Pats - Seahawks, Packers, Ravens. What do they have in common? Built thru the draft and have at least a very solid QB, or better, under center. Two fundamental requirements the Eagles just don't meet, at least not at this point in time.

Hope, ultimately, you are doing well health-wise.
As for the draft, as long as you guys avoid taking Arik Armstead in the first, you should be fine :p
I'm having my moments, man. Just trying to make it through. 1 step forward, 2 steps back, is the way it has been lately.

Armstead? Hmmm. I thought for sure they would be going for a CB, if that kid from Michigan State is available. Name escapes me right now

I'm not sure we will, we have a lot of CB on our roster. (Even if we might lack a number 1) Trae Wayans? They say he might go earlier. I think we will go BPA surprisingly. Armstead fits a need as well. We shall see.

Yeah, that's him. Maybe they will trade down. Who knows. I'll probably be asleep when they pick tomorrow.

I think Johnson from Wake Forest will go first.

So the rumor is 2 1st round picks, a 3rd
Round pick, Fletcher Cox and several other players
for the 1st pick.

What are the Buccaneers waiting for

Bradford being put into the mix? The still don't have a franchise QB and a bad 2015 season would mean Licht and Lovie out the door for 2016.

Drafting a franchise QB, at the very least, would buy them more time (even if he eventually busts out)

I don't know. I think that Tampa insisted that the offer wasn't enough

- - - Updated - - -

Maybe that offer will still be there for Tennessee. If that is the case, take the deal and run.

Run very quickly Tennessee

Sorry Chip.

I guess you were such a genius, that you ended up out smarting yourself

- - - Updated - - -

And...................................

Washington is about to get the best player in the draft

both the titans and the Bucs just weren't in the position not to end up with a franchise QB after today, be it Mariota, Winston or someone else. From a pure value stand-point, those trades looked like the smart thing to do but when you are desperate, reason (along with time) aren't on your side.
Most likely outcome of all this sharade is both Winston and Mariota bust out and both the Bucs and Titans end up becoming victims of their own circumstances.
