How do you live with yourself? :(
His fault for not having a backup. I am denyng my opponent a chance to get points on me. Totally fair.

And why would you pick up Manziel? :p
He's predicted to score about 20 points this week in that league, he's the highest proj score on the FA list, or maybe only second to eli manning. If I were in his shoes, I would go with Manziel over Manning.

Oh that guy screwed up. Should've gotten someone else right after the accident
He had about 5 hours between news of the accident and me getting Manning. Then another 24 hours before I got Manziel, so he has had time. It doesn't appear as if he's even looked at it yet.

@Vinny del Pirlo - Is this really what Jesus would do though?

If Eli was available, that'd make me think there were/are at least 2-3 options, based on matchups, better than Manziel, speculative hype set aside.

Better than Rivers or whoever the fuck you plan on playing.
Still mad about Cutler, huh? :D
Rivers is on a mission this week

Here is a screenshot of the available QB's and our league scoring, FYI. Really only Tannehill or Kaep would be viable and I wouldn't feel confident with either. I'd prefer to take a chance with Manziel if I have to do the high risk/high reward route.

Also, here is my roster in that league.

Parkey at K and Ravens D.

I'd take McCown and especially Alex Smith (both can put up rushing yards too) over Manziel (vs a Cincy secondary) any day.
If I were you, I'd consider starting Manning over Ryan (Julio Jones quite possibly out vs Pit and Roddy White is playing hurt). Even Flacco would be a viable option this week.
I am not gonna try to convince you to sit Green after the production he had last week but wouldn't expect too much from him vs Haden. Green is a TD-depenedent Wr in every way this week, imo. Watkins can't be relied upon every week with Orten throwing to him but I can see him do better than Green this week, now that he finally seems fully healthy again.

No way am I benching Green. There is money on the line here, I'm not going to bench one of my top 4 picks and one of the top WR's in the league. Joe Haden is a badass (and former Gator!) but Green will come to play and it's a must win situation for the Bengals. I think Green will do fine.

I can't bench Ryan after the numbers he put up last week. I don't win games with my QB, I just hope they don't lose me the game and Ryan has been solid in that respect week in week out.

I can fully understand not benching Green - as I said, it'd be hard; just wouldn't expect him to win you the match-up this week.

If Jones is out, however, I'd definitely go with manning over Ryan. The Giants passing O has been coming together lately and they have quite possibly the best match-up possible vs a horrendous Redskins secondary (and imploding team altogether), at home. Only way this could get any sweeter would be if you had Rodgers or Luck playing the Skins.

Jones will play. He'll practice by Friday then play. He's probably just knicked and being given a bit of rest after the Monday night road game. I also like that the Falcons are still playing for the playoffs, the Giants are done. Eli could possibly mail it in the last few weeks.
