I don't have a problem with you, I like you just fine.

I just think what you say about college and pro football is incorrect, that's all.

It's week 5, how are you going to predict a winner of anything less than a third of the way through the season.

And Jimmy Clausen is garbage. He's just not that good.

That's what I have a problem with, not you.

#1) Well, gee golly, thanks. I can sleep better at night knowing that.

#2) And I think that you are incorrect on your opinions more than you would like to think, but I don't call you out on it, though. Big difference here.

#3 & 4) Contradicting ourseleves a little bit here, now aren't we? Just as you question how I can say that Atlanta will make the Super Bowl out of the NFC, how can you pass judgment on Jimmy Clausen after just , well, 3 starts? And Playing with 2 rookie wide receivers will do that to you, you know.

Monday morning QB time:

- Was GB overrated coming in to this season? They struggled against Chicago and Washington of all teams and lose both. They still have no pass rush which discredits their “pro bowl” secondary.
Aaron Rodgers needs to suit up and play defense. That's the only thing left for this team.

- SD likes to start the season off slow but they are really missing Vincent Jackson. Although Rivers is a fantasy football stud. They too have no defense.
The ground game hasn't established itself in the wake of Ladanian. And the defense has completely sputtered. However, I don't think their receiver corps was that great to begin with. VJ's absence hurts, but it's only incremental.

- The Colts have only been as good as Peyton but that doesn’t hold true anymore. Manning is still solid but the team is
They look like a team completing a cycle and in need of regeneration. Having a spotty RB game that doesn't earn as many yards receiving as running is still a foreign concept, and one that's starting to show some cracks in the club.

- Fuck the Cowboys and their fans
Were the Reverse Cowboys even relevant in the past decade?

- The AFC and NFC south divisions are going to be really interesting this year. TB could be the surprise team of the year.
Josh Freeman is surprising a lot of people. Good for him.

- The ‘Aints back to underachieving
The problem with partying for Mardi Gras is that you have to take off the women's underwear before returning to work on Ash Wednesday. Seems like the Saints are still in panties and bras.

And what a receiver let down going on there right now... and the D is not stripping the turnovers like it used to.

2) GB has no wide-outs.
I disagree. Donald Driver may be as old as Donald Duck, but he still makes plays. I'd take the GB corps anyday over, say, San Diego's.

Green Bay has been hit hard by injuries, but yes, they were overrated coming in to the season. I always saw them as a Wild Card team, behind Minnesota, but the last three games suggest that Green Bay is not playoff material. If GB were in the AFC, they would certainly miss out on the playoffs.

@Burke - Green Bay has great Receivers. What you on?
Aaron has to do it all now.

Oh, I want to play - Remember Sergio loved Alex Smith coming out of college. Now he thinks he is shit.

Remember when Sergio thought Mike Singletary was THE MAN. Now he wants a new coach.

Remember when Sergio moved into that house in Seaside Heights. Now they call him "The Situation".

TBH, that's why that whole college football thing never worked for me to begin with. Amateur League doesn't interest me anymore than AAA baseball does relative to the MLB (which still blows), and I've been out of college for longer than I care to mention. So scouting out the latest 19-year-old phenom for a sport that has little to do with the actual academic colleges they represent rings pretty hollow.

That said, I love Samurai Mike. But perhaps he should have stopped with his acting stint as Steve Urkle, Middle Linebacker:

He may ultimately be a decent coach in the NFL. But right now he's mired in a horrendous anti-pattern he cannot get out of.

If they could only play the Rams every week...
Would you believe that in the Puro Italiano fantasy league you set up, Shawn Hill is only trailing Peyton Manning, Kyle Orton, Philip Rivers, Drew Brees, and Aaron Rodgers in total points this season?

If we'd only play the Rams every week, chances are we would become worse because they suck, too.

But Bradford could probably beat the shit out of Eli Manning, an overrated dunce.

Detroit is less gay because they prefer ass to mouth?:eyebrows:

:D
Hey, at least we had a team between 1997 and 2002...

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha :pint:

That is awesome. However, it does make you out to be a Cowgirls fan (whoever they are).

Nicely done. The Giants and the rest of the league indeed. Hahahahahaha.
Definitely not a Cowgirls fan, but a fan of pissing off Dru Mehta and that thing called "Giants nation", whatever it may be. :D

It doesn't bother me at all. Taking what you say seriously would be as dumb as repping Detroit... :D

So what. Detroit still sucks.
:analcanon:

Everyone play nice now. Its Sanchez time
