The NFC South is a carousel nearly every year so I wouldn't be surprised if they are marred by injuries allowing one of the other 3 teams in the division take prominence.
But overall I'd like to say that rarely there are CBs that can hold their own. A defensive secondary is only as good as the pass rush. The primary exceptions that come to mind are Deion, Aeneas, Champ, and Revis.
Other than that it's pretty cut and dry on what teams should invest their $$ in:
QB1, QB2
D-line
O-line
The rest of positions are easier to draft and develop than said positions. The stats and salaries prove as such.
