Watching Harbaugh turn a 5-7 Michigan from last year into what looks like a playoff contender this year makes you realize just how crazy it was to fire him. Michigan just shut out 3 straight FBS opponents, which hasn't been done since 1995. Beat 13th ranked, undefeated Northwestern 38-0. He's awesome, Harbaugh, one of my favourite coaches in football. And such a personality. The Niners needed refreshing, but I think they chose wrong in how they went about it.
