Who is "we all"? If X, acmilan and I win, ALC is done. That means you'd have to win next week plus X, acmilan or me would have to lose. However, non of us three are playing against each other. In addition to that, you'd also have to beat the one(s) of us losing on overall score. So unless acmilan loses next week, you're probably screwed.

Assuming everything goes as expected this week, of course...

Yeah, probably. But still, you "only" need acmilan to lose against the league leader (Vinny) next week and win yourself. In theory that's not impossible. But acmilan looks way too good for my taste.
