Kickers are too overpowered, quarterbacks aren't punished enough for my taste (but maybe that's normal?). Besides that, it seems fine.

Why the trading deadline so early? I understand why it can't be close to the playoffs, but it could have been a week or two later.
Waiver wire would be nice for people in other time zones, but I can't really figure out if it's better without. I like the number of subs and the number of bench spots. But maybe a IR spot would be nice?
