thats very disrespectful to montana :D
You are out of your god damn mind, son.
Well, I enjoyed the NFL most during the Elway era, maybe that's why I rate him that much. I know Montana was great if not the greatest but I can't judge as I have noy seen him in action much...just bits and pieces from here and there and was not able to see him over a season.

Next year I will make sure to resume my NFL career, it's been a few years where I ignored this sport.

The "Elway era" and "Montana Era" overlap each other. Of course when Elway was winning Super Bowls, Montana was already retired, but in the late 80's and early 90's Elway went to three Super Bowls and lost them all badly. Including Super Bowl XXIV against Montana's 49ers. Final score, 49ers 55, Broncos 10. :)

Don't forget the Giants in Super Bowl XXI
Denver 20 - New York 39 :)

Yea Shannahan's zone blocking scheme got Elway 2 rings. TD was replaceable IMO, because if you look at the runners who came through that system in the following years you would understand it was the Denver o-line and its scheme than the RB.

Mike Anderson
Olandis Gary
Clinton Portis
Quentin Griffin
Travis Henry

and the list goes on

I see what you mean, b ut I would take TD over any of those guys at the drop of a hat. no question. His stats from 96-98 were out of this world. If he could have stayed healthy he might have had a HOF career. Sadly we'll never know.

Yeah. It's like someone took a bunch of G's from Detroit and slapped the colors on them. When the defensive line sack a quarterback, they're one step away from fucking each other from euphoria. I like that primate rage they have going on :D

But yeah, it's nice to see the Lions sticking up for themselves.

Saints are a badass team, I like them. Gayboys are cack though.

I'd like to see Detroit in the superbowl sometime, I really like the way they play and behave.
I respect the Saints but I abhor their fans.

those katrina victims weren't totally on board with that team prior to 2005

You mean how they're dirty as fuck?:D
Yeah but you can't complain much since Kubiak brought that same scheme to Houston :D

Perhaps but I would like to think that had Portis stayed in Denver then he would have put together a HOF resume.
