but isn't it kinda conceptual ?? not really possible ... right ?

i'm not an architecht .. but surely it looks beautiful and i would have my office up there one day :D

It sure does look cool. Translation: 50 bucks says the first person to live in it will run out screaming because of the noise, leaky windows, and all the impractical living conditions imposed by architecture by design over function. :p

Great concept...wouldn't work/ be practical.

A challenge for the structural and services engineers, but it's unique concept would limit the number of contractors who could achieve buildability...and cost would therefore be prohibitive.

Also, unless it's constructed in the middle of typhon alley, the wind would never be sufficient to rotate the levels never mind create electricity as well...however, it's large external envelope (surface area) could be utilised for some form of thermal heat storage/recovery system.

...all in all a great example of form 'not' following function...this guys good but will remain a concept
