He is no worse than some of the other idiots on this team. I see no point in keeping him, but then I don't think Iaquinta the selfish prick who has a conversion rate of like 10% deserves to wear our shirt either.
He did absolutely nothing today yet again, yet all the goons come to complain about Amauri.

That just goes to show who have agendas.

Go and bitch in the Iaquinta thread aswell because he's worse than Amauri. You don't Cam thats why what you say in here is worthless because your biased towards Amauri.
Thats debateable!

I don't see the problem with Hustini, he has an opinion that Amauri is rubbish, people say similar things about Iaquinta and they don't get slated.

Both are having horrible seasons like 99% of our players.

But I happen to agree that Amauri is useless and should be sold.

No Hoori, he is at fault for doing absolutely nothing for us and months upon months of earning a massive paycheck for doing nothing. I love to have his job because I could do nothing all day and still get paid. Stop defending him people.

You may as well praise Zaccheroni then for getting paid to not do his job but rather praise him for at least trying and still getting paid for it.

People love excuses here.
I'm not defending him but blaming him for Maicon's goal is way off base. We invested a lot on him (unfortunately) but we can't get half that money back if we ever decide to sell him. I'd give him another chance, another season, in a hopefully better team under hopefully a better coach. Sell him if it didn't work.

The problem here is that too many can't admit that they were wrong and that Amauri just isn't as good as they hoped, and what's more not good enough to lead the Juventus line.
I think people can admit that he is not good enough to be our first choice striker, but the problem is not one of them are this season. Amauri gets alot of unwarrented critism when he does not deserve it.

He may not be good enough to lead the Juventus line, but none of our other strikers are at this point in time. They are either old and washed up, injury prone, or ineffective. That is the cruel and harsh reality that we are confronted with. Sad but true.

then you havent been following the trends here, everytime we lose amauri thread is the first visited by hustini and his lackeys. Criticism is fine even if redundant but when, like andrew said, it follows an agenda then it is a travesty hence us calling hustini a joke.

They aren't too many. Amauri didn't live up to the expectations and to the huge amount of money we lavished on him but I think selling him now could be an even bigger mistake. Same can be said about Diego and Melo. Playing rubbish in our team this season doesn't make them flops.

That is true I haven't followed the trends.

But in the defence of the haters, he has been pretty awful this season, but you cannot blame todays defeat on him.

Amauri can't be blamed for his defensive inabillity, but can for his lack of movement, link play, control, vision, energy, team spirit and sense of hair style.

at least we heard iaquinta's name more than once..i think i only heard amauri's name once which is when he came on

coming in to such a fierce derby and fresh off the bench and then just standing there watching ur teammates suffer with tremendous pressure..this guy is a fkn joke

how ppl defend him is beyond me..yeah our whole team sux pretty much

BUT THIS GUYS APPROACH HAS TO BE THE WORST IN THE WHOLE TEAM!!

he didnt even try anything cuz he didnt even bother trying to get involved..the only time i saw him perfectly is when maicon made him look like a complete moron right before his wondergoal

so wait he was both just standing there and tried to stop maicon? how many amauri's were you seeing? though your lack in the vision department is no surprise.

Diego and Melo should be given another season, that's only fair and wise, But Amauri won't get any better and it would be better to take the lose in selling him now, than let him continue to fail playing.

Between Amauri and Iaquinta, I'd sell the one which would cost more. So probably I'd sell Amauri.

I can agree on that. Get Dzeko.
Agreed on this.

Get Immobile in there.
is it just me or did he do absolutely fuckin nothing in his 20min on the pitch

wed be lucky to sell him for 5 million

as much s iaquinta sucks,at least he has heart and energy

amauri has his fuckin hair and thats it!!!!!!!!!!!he should go ask for a somalian passport..maybe then he'll play an international game for once
I'm sure Lucio will disagree with you, Iaquinta won numerous fouls, linked up, kept their defensive line busy on his own. Even if he did bad as a striker, the little good things Vincenzo was doing disappeared the moment Amauri came in.

he has been really bad, so has everyone in this team bar Chiellini, and a lesser extent diego imo
When a player plays for 75 minutes not 15 minutes I'd expect to hear his name more. What a truly idiotic thing to say
Clearly we have the majority against a useless Amauri. Sure, you can assume I am blaming the loss on him but if any of you pro-Amauri's can quote a post claiming I blame him 100% for our loss I would be glad to see it.

Only 15 mins and it is wrong to blame him for a another bad performance? Why don't you know-it-alls go ahead and chalk up all the other scoreless, underperforming, waste of a position in our lineup performances he has had? I am willing to bet it is close to a 1000mins if not much more. But go ahead, make excuses.

Deneb, Andy, and Nicholas...I would love to hear you alibis to warrant this players position in our team. I have no problem criticisming other players and its pretty fucked up for you all to say that I don't. That's total bullshit, when I have I onced called any of you a joke or told you to go bitch in another thread? I am free to criticise whom ever I wish just like I do Melo, Sissoko, DP, Canna, Grosso and all the other fucking amateurs we have on this team. You all blame players performances and you all have your ideas on who sucks in our team, right? So why the hell is it a crime for me to blame a player that sucks just as bad as the others you all criticise too?

Sure call me biased I don't really care. Andy you hate Canna and Grosso, I could call you biased against them, Nicholas goes for you too with the players you dislike but you don't see me hounding your posts do you?

I am suprised considering some of you stand up for being able to criticise players on this team when mods are against it and trying to control it but yet I get side-swiped when I do the exact thing you guys want to allow on the forums. Thanks.

Forza Amauri, a real class act.

Same goes for Sissoko a real mentally strong player with acute passing, the never ending consistency we get from Zebina, and the luxury we have of having Grosso with the never ending experience he gives us from the world cup, Melo totally warranting his 25m price tag, DP for all his 7 goals, IQ for being so strong because that's exactly what we pay him for, Legro for moving slower than a bus, Canna for being a traitor...blah blah blah. Clearly I am biased and hold aboslutely no judgement on any other players because I have never once posted or criticized against any of them before. Not one of the 9000+ posts I have will show that will they because you 3 clearly read every single one.

And where is Diego in this? There is no argument that we must keep him next year too, but the boy is having a bad season compared to the expectations. He does most of the things wrong. He needs an eternity to control the ball and move forward, even though he has a good ball control. For some reason he needs so much time to control the ball, turn left, turn right, slip off the ball, fall, stand up, and run forward.
By the time Diego starts moving after getting the ball, Messi in the same position will already be running 20-30 metres to the opponents goal.

Be careful Alen. You wouldn't want people to call you biased with an agenda and go tell you to bitch in another thread or claim you are blaming our seasons failure on one player.

And yeah, I forgot Diego in my "unbiased" criticisms. Thank you for pointing that out and having the balls to say it. I can't wait to hear the excuses.
