Parma fear Amauri defeat

[FONT=Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular]Parma are pessimistic that they’ll be able to sign Juventus striker Amauri again this summer.

The Brazilian joined the club on loan in January and his seven goals helped the side survive the drop.

With Juve putting the player up for sale, the Tardini outfit are understandably keen to bring him back on a permanent basis.

However, the Old Lady’s €7m valuation and the forward’s wage demands are proving problematic.

“Amauri is an exceptional player,” Gialloblu sporting director Pietro Leonardi commented. “He’ll guarantee any side their top-flight status.

“Our move went well for him in January, but that is not to say that the same thing will happen now.

“Nevertheless, there is still a month to go in the transfer market. Let’s see what happens.”

As far as the reports go, there are no grounds to these rumours other than it would make sense for all parties.
We could have gotten a free cassano last winter but we never moved because of "character" and "team spirit" issues when Juve had neither. Amauri has been shit for years now and he could get anything but a step up in his career.

The only grounds for these rumours is that it actually wouldnt make sense for all parties. This means that Marotta and humpty dumpty can make it happen.

Only possible because Milan have so many SS' and want a CF but because its Cassano we're talking about its obviously highly improbable. If we get Cassano does this mean Vucinic is on the left :p

that's exactly what I've been trying to tell people here - the whole rumour stems out of a hypothetical conjecture by some journalist.

Maybe now that a Juve fan says this too, people would finally buy into reason :D
