Really wish we kept this guy, what was this guy thinking going to Real? Did he honestly think they would give him a chance? Glad to see him doing well in the EPL.
Sure, he "won" the champions league with Real the same way Michael Owen "won" the EPL with Man UTD; he did not really play a big part. Morata's year at Real was a year wasted, had he really enjoyed his last stint at Real he would have stayed. He should have known better considering how his first stint at Real went.
With that said Morata is a great player, a big game player at that too, he'll do well at Chelsea.
He had no choice. Real had the buyback option and he had a conctractual obligation to return if Madrid exercised their buy back option.

He really is proving all his doubters wrong. Actually his numbers werent bad at Real last year either. Bench warmer and got 15 league goals. Add 3 CL goals and other cup goals and it was 20 goals for him.Not bad for a sub.

I read that Stoke were short on defenders today and had to play Glen Johnson DC, who is apparently a Championship level player these days (according to Stokies), but credit to Morata he's a predator.

Oh come on now. That is BS excuses. Its not like Higuain is scoring against name the best defensive lineup in the world right now.

Lot of neutrals, epl fanboys said how Morata will be flop and Lukaku is 2x better crap.

Just making an observation, but carry on taking it how you like.

It's very unusual for Stoke to be so poor at the back at home. Reasons/excuses, all the same.

TBH the criticism Morata got in the past was that he scored in the big games but went missing precisely against the middle and bottom of table sides and question if he can really be a 20+ goalscorer therefore. Now he is actually scoring against those midtable sides in England.
