The striker market doesn't offer anything. Replacing Morata will be close to impossible. If you play with 2 strikers, having one top-class strikers (Dybala) and two rather mediocre ones (Mandzukic and Zaza) is not enough. If we can't get Cavani, which we won't, we are doomed to be clearly weaker upfront.
We were lucky that Tevez leaving correlated with a market opportunity like signing Dybala, this time we aren't as lucky. Marotta-Paratici will have to do some magic if we want to improve as a team and aim for the CL, given that the mercato starts with us losing Cuadrado and Morata as well as the PL getting another major cash injection through that new TV deal that starts next season.

Here is the truth. Morata doesn't know, Marotta doesn't know. Real might know but it depends. If they lose the champions league they may fire Zidane and then the new coach would have an opinion. We also don't know Zidane's opinion.
However, I believe that the probability of Morata playing for either Real or Juve is more than 75%. He would leave for another club if the fee is over 60m as I don't see Marotta offering more than 25m for the buy out cancellation. Also, don't underestimate the player's will here. I think he doesn't want to be pawned off.
