As far as I know, there was no mention of an agreement for a January move in his contract. They have an option of €30M for Summer 2016 and €35M for Summer 2017.

They can still buy him the summer afterwards though, not sure why most here seem to forget that.

anyway, a part of spanish media says they are about to buy morata for 35m before the ban kicks in, others say that morata will surely stay at least for an other year.

Yeah, the options do not seem to be active in the January window, so Real Madrid would in theory have to negotiate with Juve as they would for any transfer - meaning Juve could refuse to negotiate or ask for much more than is provided for in the summer options.

I think we already offered him a better contract till 2019. The clause is in our contract with Real, that won't go away unless we reach some sort of new deal with them.

i think he signed a contract with Real already that will become active when Real pays us the 30M. i dont remember it so well, but i think i read something like that back when we 1st signed him. if thats true, the clause might be in that contract...
