FI says we have rejected a 60M bid from Liverpool for Morata - Seems like BS but if its true its stupid as we should take that 60M and buy someone who will definitely be a starter and provide lots of goals - Cavani
I guess 60M will be enough for Cavani and he is way more clinical than Morata - put aside creating assists Cavani is twice the player Morata is - He is a player who can definitely and probably score 20+ goals a season while Morata isnt such a goalscorer but a more well rounded player
It would be completely stupid to even consider this offer. It either never happened, or we indeed declined it on the spot.

Allegri also mentioned Pol Lirola in his press conference, when questioned about potential Primavera players being brought through, and he is also a right back.

That was his reasoning wasn't it? I remember he considered someone like Matri (or someone similar) as an SS because he only scored 10 goals.
Exactly, better consider him a usefull Supporting Striker that can ocassionally score, than a lousy finisher.
Same thing stands for Morata, he is not a prolific finisher, but he makes him self usefull upfront, if we only got him to score goals, then it was a mistake, (as i pointed out when we got him)

Higuain is a prolific scorer and it shows... imo we should opt for more specialised players and not jack of all trades tools.
On Dybala we have covereed everything SS-ish and we need a scoring machine to complement him, a player that scores more 15 goals/season with consistency,
atm, we have none! Maybe Manzdukic was a couple of years ago, but here and now, maybe Morata will become 2-3 years from now, but now, we dont have a solid option!

What a load of shit

Mandzukic has scored 20 goals or more in each of his last 3 seasons. Would probably score that many this season too if he wasn't always getting injured or having to always rotate with Morata/Zaza.

And the fact that Morata isn't scoring at the moment, has nothing to do with his position and characteristics on the field, but his confidence. He is clearly a prima punta. Don't try to twist it any other way, Chris.

Mandzukic got fit and is scoring like a 20+ goal/season forward.

Morata wa scoring like a 20+goal/season forward in the final rounds of the CL when he had form.

What the shit is the fucking problem now ?
