Is it possible that we sell him next summer for say 50-55m to other clubs? Or does Real Madrid have the right to reject such a deal?

PS. I don't want us to sell anyway. Huge Morata fan.

There is a part in the clause that if we sell within the two years in which they have an option, his price tag is like 90m or something? And they get a majority of the sale

Madrid will first appeal to FIFA and then to CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport), during which the transfer ban will be suspended.

Looking at barca's timeline it took close to 9 months for their ban to be implemented after both appeals were ruled out.

If by opening day of the summer window (June 1st 2016) both appeals are not rejected then the transfer ban will be pushed fwd to JAN 2017 and JUNE 2017.

Morata to madrid this summer is more likely imo.

I don't know, with the form Morata is in atm I didn't expect him to be recalled in any case.

Also I've heard sources claiming that FIFA purposely published the ban a few months earlier than they did with Barca, so that it will take effect before the summer window, dont know what's behind these stories though.

If we can avoid selling him this summer, they will lose the buy back clause.

Sounds good to me. :D

If it was a more nationalistic team I'd be worried but I agree with you, he's not playing like the new Raul these days. I'm not worried about him going to Madrid any time soon.

If Real can sign players this transfer window then this would be the best option for Morata to go back there. He will get 1.5 years to establish himself in the team without any threat of some new 50m signing just coming along.

Or sit on the bench watching Benzema start over and over again.

I also read that if they want him now they should pay 35m, not 30m like in the summer. Is it true?
As far as I know, there was no mention of an agreement for a January move in his contract. They have an option of €30M for Summer 2016 and €35M for Summer 2017.
