There is a part in the clause that if we sell within the two years in which they have an option, his price tag is like 90m or something? And they get a majority of the sale

Looking at barca's timeline it took close to 9 months for their ban to be implemented after both appeals were ruled out.

If we can avoid selling him this summer, they will lose the buy back clause.

Real Madrid is just going to appeal this and it will last until after the Summer Mercato.

They'll stock up on a billion dollars worth of players and be good for a year.

As far as I know, there was no mention of an agreement for a January move in his contract. They have an option of €30M for Summer 2016 and €35M for Summer 2017.
