Too much talent to be struggling like this. I would still have him start on Sunday if Mandzu is not ready. He has got to work himself out of this funk he is in.

Loving Juve these days, we're on an incredible run. But I feel so bad for this player

He contributes so much. Wish he will get his goal soon. The one to unleash many.

Keep your head up Alvaro, you are amazing.

And people can't forget what this kid has meant to this club in the past 12 months.

Nearly singlehandedly carried this club on his back in the CL.

The people at the stadium certainly appreciated his effort.

He more than deserves the benefit of the doubt here.

He just needs that 1 goal to get back on track. As good as Zaza and Mandzukic have been we still Morata to get back on track for the CL. Those goals he scored in CL last year were incredible.

Indeed. And I was happy to see Allegri giving him no less than 3 pats on the back after his substitution. Our coach definitely hasn't forgotten what this player is capable of. He annihilated Madrid in the semis last year, and gave us all a huge hope in the final against Barcelona with his equalizer. Not to mention other crucial goals in the CL that year and in the Serie-A. This season also the wonder-strike against Man City at the Etihad. Morata is a wonderful player. It's so sad to see that he's not getting the goals these days, but they will come. Us fans know it, Allegri knows it. Keep playing this fantastic player.

This club is extremely fortunate (of its own making) that they have the three remaining strikers firing on all cylinders.

But Allegri knows. He's not stupid. He knows that he is going to need this kid's moments of brilliance the rest of the season.

That was the perfect match.

even buffon remembers it as the perfect match.

Morata needs to get back to scoring ways. He need just a couple and we will see something. He is not playing bad tbh.

Just needs a goal and flood gates will open. Though I love the battering ram that is Manzu and the assasin Zaza, Morata is still the real Golden balls. Even when he hasn't been scoring, he's still playing well. Dropping deep, laying some good passes, linking up well.

That's why I think getting the ball over that goal line it is just a mental hurdle for him right now. He is doing everything else very well. In that Sevilla game in Spain if it wasn't for his god awful finishing he was MOTM.
