while you guys talk BS I will remind you he has had a lot to do with us going through into the next round.
not to mention he single handedly carried us all the way to the CL final.
Yes. Last season.

As of December 2015, he is in terrible form and cost us 1st place in the group. But anyone who is giving up on Morata is a moron, we know he's better than this.

well...it would have been kinda nice to avoid bayern or barca. but yeah.
we can still avoid them

Mandzukic or Zaza finish those chances he had tonight. No doubt in my mind. That one in the first half was absolutely putrid.

Alvaro is obviously going through a terrible run of form but he just needs a goal or two to boost his confidence.

call me a fool, but i think Max knows best who is in form and who is not.
Morata is probably missing sitters aswell in those 5 on 5 training matches.
if you can choose, you start the in form player - and morata is not in form.
i expect mandzu to take his spot once he is fully fit again, and rightly so.

exactly @j0ker.
Mandzukic is scoring, Morata is not. Logical thing is to play mandzukic untill morata convinces in training or when he gets his chance like today

But he didnt

Horrible day. Happens to everyone. Needs to regain that killer instinct from last season.
IM not so worried tbh... he was one goal away of having a good game. Did the right runs and was where he was needed...but his finishing was atrocious.

In any other day he would have banged 2 of those goals

he needs to play more tho

Morata didn't single handedly carry us, neither did Tevez even if he was the spark mostly up til then (but stopped scoring). But fact is, he scored majority of our goals between quarters, semi and final. Was the go to guy decisive player for that. Was very clutch when Tevez couldn't be anymore and apparently some need to be reminded of that.
