I don't blame him for both chances.First one wasn't that easy position .He does maximum from that position.Second, yes it would be a clear goal if he passed to Dybala, but hey, he is a striker ,of course he want's to score as much as he can, especially that he is not playing all the time, and he made the whole chance by himself and his shot was good.Like some poster already wrote,he is a joy of football .They guy is a true jewel.

Apparently the camera caught Allegri telling him, before making his way to the pitch, "If you lower your head I will take you off" meaning that he has to look up when he has the ball..isn't he a little harsh on him?

I'd say it was fair enough. He wasn't passing. We don't have to tip toe around Morata.

I'm with Max here. You can't be a professional footballer and play like that. His head is always down.

I don't think the pass to Dybala was really on. It would have to have been a really perfect pass and he was basically one on one with Hart. He did the right thing but Hart was having a good game.

And as far as the first chance goes. He had to nutmeg Hart or chip him. I wouldn't say his effort was abysmal. I didn't see him lose the ball a whole lot from hogging it. He held the ball well and passed when he needed to. I love how he can turn his marker. He's a class above Mandzukic.

The second chance was a great save from Hart to be fair to him, but he has always been very head down when he attacks like that.

Conte would stick to 3-5-2 playing zaza and llorente as the front duo:lol:
What Allegri told him before his introduction to the game isn't relevant to what happened on the pitch, and it's absolutely right to instruct him however he deems adequate but I am referring here to the whole situation with Morata as in criticizing him in the press for the socks incident and playing him out of position even though he performs well as a CB, maybe I am reading too much into it but I hope Allegi knows what he's doing with his man management here

i think RM is gonna buy him back for sure.

€35m(?) is nothing these days for a young WC striker.
add the fact he is from spain and playing for their NT.
they would be stupid not to bring him back.

Just hoping that Madrid gets Aguero/Lewandowski.

Pleeeeease Florentino, we count on you.
What the hell

Morata isn't even at the level of those two yet. He's not good enough to be s starter for Madrid.

If they want to bring him back, it'll be for depth , not to make him their frontline CF.
