Morata is worth more then 20 mil. Madrid can net spend 10 mil on the transfer(and then there is the factor of a year without paying his wages) and sell him for profit to an interested team

They can't activate the clause without Morata's consent to move to Madrid. And he will definitely not move to Madrid if the plan is sticking a big sale poster to his head and ship him to team X.

I'm not sure about the last bit...

I'd assume it is the case. I can't imagine the player having no say in it. And it does seem from all interviews and such that the player does have final say with the buyback...

He just won't sign the deal they offer him and he won't go there because if the club and the player don't reach an agreement on salary and other stuff how can he play for them. In other terms he can say no to the personal terms they offer him.

This is 2015, and Morata is a rich pro footballer. There is NO scenario where he DOESN'T get a say in where he lives and who he plays for

If Madrid activate his clause and he says NO, there is no legal obligation for him to move. Release clauses exist so that you can pay a certain amount and completely bypass the club. I.E JUVE would have no say in the matter, we wouldn't even be involved. Morata's decision is the only one that matters.

The only reported clause as far as i know is 100m buy-out for a third club which is valid for this 1 year and 30m from it will go to madrid.
