What did juventus do when Immobile was doing well ?

Morata is worth more then 20 mil. Madrid can net spend 10 mil on the transfer(and then there is the factor of a year without paying his wages) and sell him for profit to an interested team

Its in our best intrest to remove this clause when we got the option. And we could stop worrying about losing such a key player.

Exactly. Losing him for just 20 mils is ano go.

They would not care if he hates them...because they just need to buy him back and put a big sale poster on his head. Buyers will go like flies and he will be sold for 50 mils or so. Easy.
They can't activate the clause without Morata's consent to move to Madrid. And he will definitely not move to Madrid if the plan is sticking a big sale poster to his head and ship him to team X.

This is wrong. Madrid can't sell him on the same summer they buy him back. It was in the initial summary of the deal.

If Juve and Madrid agree to sell him on for a big offer, revenue is split.

Ok got this.

And what about Tudor´s commnet that they CANT activate the clause as long as morata doesnt want to go there?. Is that even possible?

I'm not sure about the last bit...

I'd assume it is the case. I can't imagine the player having no say in it. And it does seem from all interviews and such that the player does have final say with the buyback...

He just won't sign the deal they offer him and he won't go there because if the club and the player don't reach an agreement on salary and other stuff how can he play for them. In other terms he can say no to the personal terms they offer him.

I saw a video clip on football italia about third-party-ownerships and in that they state that a third-party owns a stake in Morata? is that true? and if so, which group?

Gonna say this one last time because I've probably told 5000 different people this

This is 2015, and Morata is a rich pro footballer. There is NO scenario where he DOESN'T get a say in where he lives and who he plays for

If Madrid activate his clause and he says NO, there is no legal obligation for him to move. Release clauses exist so that you can pay a certain amount and completely bypass the club. I.E JUVE would have no say in the matter, we wouldn't even be involved. Morata's decision is the only one that matters.

Not true.

Madrid can buy and sell him in the same transfer session and there's no such clause of splitting the revenue.

Players can be registered for a max of 3 clubs during the period from 1 July until 30 June of the following year. During this period, the player is only eligible to play in Official Matches for 2 clubs.

For ex: Dietmar Hamann

In June 2006, Hamann was given permission to talk to Bolton Wanderers about a potential transfer to the North West club. Hamann admitted that he would be saddened to leave Liverpool but would make "the best decision for my future". Hamann actually signed a pre-contract in June 2006, to become a Bolton Wanderers player but had a "change of heart". He joined Bolton for less than one day before a move to Manchester City.

On 12 July, he instead signed for Manchester City, with City agreeing to pay £400,000 compensation to Bolton

There is a clause in moratas contract, which will prevent a third club buying him from madrid for more than they pay. In case of another club is interested i read the clause is 80m splitt between the clubs.
