Don't know, man. He never showed a certainty that he is here to stay for the long run. And his "respect" for Madrid goes a bit too far. He has to understand Football is a competition and he works for Juventus now.

I just hope he doesn't leave after next season if Madrid activates the buy-back option on the contract. It'd make us look like we are Sassuolo or one of those small clubs that are only meant to test young players for the big clubs.

It is his first season here, and he has grown up in the Madrid system. I don't see the problem. He came here because he was not happy with the game time and lack of faith at Madrid. I know that what I said might be all the reason more for him to go back, but if he does he will just be another sub.

That's understandable for it's his first season, but for instance, i'd expect him to be a bit less respectful if we face Madrid again next season.

Will he? The way he's been scoring as of late i can see him grabbing a starting spot real quick if he does the same for them. Remember, not only he's born and raised Madrileno, Madrid won't keep Benzema around forever. He'll be replaced sometime soon.
