The deal we have with Madrid is a pretty retarded one. We're pretty much hoping he doesn't reach his potential. Or he falls in love with the club and forgets all about home. He's quite clearly extremely talented and its just a matter of time till perez demands he returns cause of that deal.

Unless he starts scoring 25-30 goals on a consistent basis, they wont be interested in him. Higuain wasnt good enough for them. Benzema is still 27 and on a whole different level and even he was under threat for a while. Morata has to reach beyond his potential to go back to madrid.

Real won't buy him back for 30m this season. And unless he scores 25+ goals next season (wich I doubt), Real won't buy him for 38m either. He is still too young to be worth all that money. But in 3-4 years time (when hes 26 - 27) he might be, and thats why we invested in him.

This is turning into another Pogba thread, overtime he has a great game we worry and moan that Madrid will sign him back. I personally think the chances are slim that they'll sign him, only will happen, as Pirlo's Beard said, if he becomes a 20+ goal a season striker over the next few seasons.

It's like we're on a Cesena forum, though I guess it's more understandable here since there's already an agreement in place.

after this one, he has 2 seasons to prove hes good enough to start for Real = scoring ~20 goals a season in Serie A AND scoring and being decisive in important CL games. if he is not good enough for a starting spot there i think neither they would bother with him, nor would he leave us to sit on the bench there

Not really, it means we make a profit, and get a player for a season or two who is good enough for one of the best teams in the world, win-win

i dont think we can compare cavani / immbile and morata in same age.

morata must sacrifice himself for juve.
he play outwide frequently, tracking back, set up for counter attack, he must create a room for tevez and our midfield. he must face parking bus team.
he is not center of juventus attack.
he must adapt serie a.
also he did not start well just because of injury.

while immobile and cavani were center of torino / palermo attack.
they didnt need to tracking back.
they didnt need to face parking bus team.
the didnt need to create a room for other player, in fact torino / palermo player created more room for immo / cavani.

if you want to compare morata and immo/ cavani, you must look immobile/ cavani in Nation team when they had same role with morata at juve.

did immo and cavani score many goals as much as in palermo or torino? of course not.

just my opinion :)
