At that rate by time Morata reaches 1500 mins he would be around 10 goals :touched:

Which means if he has as many minutes this season as Llorente he could be pushing 20 goals by seasons end.

i dont buy the he got enough time arguement. it's hard to come on as a sub and impress when your team has already won and is not interest in attacking much, which is the case in majority of matches.

in other matches he came on when juve wasnt winning, the team was barely fuctioning as a unit.

he needs to start games because that's when the team has a basic plan of action and momentum is starting to he can build on it.
I have to agree with this.

Agree with Lion. How could you possibly say he's been given enough time? Like he said, during his cameos, games were virtually finished and we played with no attacking intent. The more time he spends on the bench, the worse he looks. He had a very impressive start but now after long spells without playing you can see he lacks patience and a cool head. That's what it looks like when a player loses confidence and confidence is important to strikers above all else.

Besides, the very short time he had to play hasn't been that bad. He's had more good performances than poor ones and I think he lost popular support (on this forum at least) when he hit the cross-bar from point-blank range. His reputation for missing chances is haunting him maybe.

I think he can be a very, very good forward but he's never had consistent playing time at Madrid or Juve. He probably should have gone to mid-table club, honestly.

the penalty situation was a foul, but outside the box. the second situation (around center) was also a foul but not called. was there any more i forgot?

In Spain it would have been a penalty. Contact is evident.
even Campagnaro who fouled him realized it was a foul. he was showing the ref that it was outside the box

it was foul, but it doesn't matter since Morata has decided to continue the play and to try to catch the ball, but when he realized that it's impossible he dived like a fucking retard

how does it not matter? after he couldnt reach the ball the ref had to give a FK. and besides, how do we know for sure that he dived afterwards. maybe he tried to keep his balance after he got hit by Campagnaro but failed.

because you should fall after the contact has a place

same story
err no, if you continue to play after a foul the ref can let the game play on, but he can also whistle for a FK after he let play on. Morata was fouled, tried to play on, the ball went too far away, he falled (dived/lost his balance) and that should be given a FK. but the ref didnt whistle for anything so discussing what could have been is pointless now. what i was trying to say is Morata didnt try to dive, he was fouled in both situations

no, he can't since the player has decided to continue the play
