Actually I'm not.

Just think about it for a sec, they sell him for 20 mil euros when the guy hardly played with them (mostly played as sub for last minutes). If he does really well then they can take him back for a slight loss (10 mil is change money for a club like Madrid). If he screws up just like another promising Spanish youngster like krkic then they've made a quiet great deal.

It's a win-win situation for them. I wish if I can find 1 deal like that in real estate, infact where I'm living I think it's illegal to have such clause in the selling contracts.

At worst he flops, and even then we can get 10mln for him because of his age, or he explodes and sell him for a 10mln profit.

Still nowhere near to the likes of Amauri / Melo deals.

In that situation, he would have had to have a great season, and we just got paid 10 millions to have a great player for a season
