Around 10 years ago spending 22 million was reserved for much better players..now clubs are spending 50 million on centre backs (not even the best), players like Ozil who is massively over-rated worldwide, and Mata..

Hazard cost Chelsea 40mln, while Barca paid around 90mln for Neymar.

Wage wise both Morata and Iturbe combined would cost us around 8mln gross wages per season, while Neymar alone earns around 15mln gross.

So yeah, when comparing talent we should compare prices too.
