I have a theory on Rosina.. hes an absolute Juve diehard fan from his childhood days n is isnt taking a new contract only because he knows the only way hes comin to juve is as a free agent coz he knows Torino wont sell him to us.. Whereas if he signed a new contract his transfer to another major club would still be very much possible

It's nice to dream:p

Rosina agrees Toro extension

Torino star Alessandro Rosina has ended speculation over his future by signing a new contract with the Granata.

Negotiations with the homegrown talent had progressed slowly, but there were rumours that Milan may step in to try and lure the 23-year-old away in January.

The extension will tie Rosina to Toro until 2011 and promises to net diminutive midfielder around £1m per year.

The new sum amounts to nearly double his original wage, which he agreed when he was still a youth player.

Today’s agreement will come as a relief to President Urbano Cairo who has admitted that he sees Rosina as a crucial foundation in the club’s future.

If that's the case, I guess it was stupid of him to sign a new contract with Torino :shifty:

Signing a contract does not mean that he wont leave Torino for the rest of his life.
exactly! we can still reach a deal, he just respected torino and made sure that they will be compensated when he leaves.

besides, im sure we can offer Torino players and decent money for him. he'll be cheaper than other names being rumoured and i think he'll fit in well at juve.

I just dont think Rosina will move from Torino to Juve, not with his current form anyway..unless,Secco,Gigli,and Blanc decides to get a job in Torino then maybe,Rosina could end up playing for Torino's city rival..unless that happens,i highly doubt Rosina would play for us,although i would love it if i was wrong, and he ended up playing for us..
