You forgot that players are not only side in transfers. If the clubs make a deal, the player can't always just block the transfer because they prefer another club. Of course in this case it would only work for inter if they would pay more than us.
Of course the player can refuse a transfer.

He has a contract with the club and can't be forced to walk away from it.

Aren't Inter going to lose another 60 million if they fail to qualify for the Champions League? Also considering they've apparently signed Icardi for 15 million, can they afford another 20-25 million player? Not only that I can hardly see Sanchez moving to a team out of Europe.

Yeah, guys like Icardi and Handanovic are the sort of signings you can expect from Inter

Not big wages and transfer fee of not more than 15m.

Just have to see if they can pull off good moves within those parameters like Juve did a couple of years ago (Vidal, Lichtsteiner).

They've done quite well, Guarin was a quality signing for them, as was Handanovic. Cassano was another good pick up same as Palacio.

I just feel the Sanchez to Inter rumours are just a rehash of two years ago, the only realistic place I could see him coming is Juve or England.

I'm guessing this is how it's going to end up. Sanchez the so called top player, will probably show up on loan with option at about 20-22. Though we should be doing better.

I dont rate Sanchez either and a loan with a real option to buy (not just a formality) kind of deal would be more than great. Lorente couldnt be as bad as matri and quag so he is going to give us a boost in attack (hopefully a big one but i am still skeptical) and sanchez would have a season to justify his price tag. If he doesnt then we havent lost any large investment and there isn't any real opportunity to get a top affordable player this summer anyway. If he is the top player people here believe he is then he'd be worth the option amount. If he doesnt do any better than giovinco then he can rot in barca.

He is like a more hardworker version of vucinic. Good technique, good stamina, run for everyball and tracks back when he loses it, nice passes.

Just dont ask him to score a goal, he will pretty much fail again and again and again.

So, he is like a better version of Gio or Mirko.

No offense.. Then what will happen next if our prima punta still can't put the ball in the net? This season we created many goal-scoring opportunity but our strikers couldn't convert them into a goal.. If Alexis like u said, can't score, then i prefer Jovetic or even Suarez (if possible)..

“I’m very happy at Barcelona,” the former Udinese player stated. “I feel important for my club and for my country.
“I know what type of player I am, I know that I am a great player, I know that I can win games. I remain one of the best in the world even if I don’t score.”

How classless is that.
