We need a SS and he's a very good one, he's exactly what we need actually. (Considering Llorente is ours already)
Yes and no.

He is a very good SS and Juve do need one of those.

However, I think Juve could do with a SS who is likely to score more goals.

That's not to say Juve shouldn't sign Sanchez or that he wouldn't be a good signing.

Some fucking people man.. I saw some dude facepalming at the thought that we're most likely going to end up with him, even though we don't want him. Seriously? Sanchez would take this team to a whole nother level, people have way too short memories.

Scoffing at the thought of Sanchez joining, what the freakin' lag?!

Based on this season? Last two years he had 15+ goals and many assists which is plenty for that position IMO. He brings a lot to the team, we'd be so much stronger as well.

I'd opt for Suarez but I believe we have 0 chance to sign that guy.

If this was before he went to Barca, people here would be fapping to death at the thought of signing him. Now all of a sudden, he's not good enough.

I agree, perhaps he's not 100% optimal. But he's really close and there are alot of redeeming qualities that he brings. Chemistry with Vidal and Isla. Familiarity with Serie A and Italy - therefore, quick and seamless integration hopefully. Brings a much needed element to our counter-attacking setup when we choose to use one. And he fits our style with his work rate. And even though he's not prolific, it's very possible, almost probable that he will increase our goal output from the SS position.

I'd also sign Jovetic ahead of Sanchez, but I doubt Juve can get him either.

Sanchez's total for the last two seasons is 20 goals and 15 assists in 70 appearances.

The key thing that Sanchez would bring that Juve don't have just now is the ability to beat a man one-on-one on a regular basis.

If you combine that with the presence Llorente adds to Juve's attack, it'd give opposing teams quite a bit more to contend with.

Sanchez would tear Serie A apart. He's definitely a huge step up in quality. If we have this golden chance to sign him for a very reasonable price, we mustn't pass up the opportunity only to end up chasing unrealistic targets all summer.

dusko clearly mentioned that this season is an aberration since he played next to the forward black hole they call messi, so why keep bringing it up in your stats?

he is like a more skilled version of giovinco. Able to 1v1, tracks back opponents and is good at assisting.

If he comes we should seriously offload Gio or Vuc.

Wasn't paying proper attention.

Still, the previous two seasons give him 27 goals and 11 assists in 74 appearances.

Anyway, it's all beside the point as far as I'm concerned, as I don't judge people on stats.

Do you actually disagree with what I was saying?

Llorente and Sanchez for a combined fee of 18-20 million would be great business, doesnt matter how you look at it?

Underneath, overhead, side view etc all good
