The current back four arent the same as Mourinho's, Im not an expert but that would make it an extremely difficult job for the CM's and since both arent the youngest and are struggeling with injuries that whole system can be more harmful than useful.

Both wingers track back and do offer something in defence and would switch between a 4-5-1, 4-3-3 or 4-4-2.
