There's lot of pressure on the Arsenal youngsters, Barca youngsters, et cetera, yet they turn out alright. Of course, everyone will scapegoat the fans or what have you, when it's our own shit system being the biggest detriment of all.

1. Spend a lot of money on superstars(Real and Man City do that)
2. Sign young players and hope they develop(Udinese, Palermo etc)
3. Sign quality players from smaller teams within your own league who do really well. For example signing players like Isla, Lavezzi, Cassano from Samp etc.
4. Sign foreign stars from smaller leagues, for example players like Sahin, Moussa Sissoko and Hazard.
If I could choose, I would love for Juve to do their business according to the 3rd and 4th one.
