It's one thing to buy really good players but its another to do that and also waste a lot (like millions) on a bunch more average mediocre players.

Thanks Secco but no thanks.

He made many wrong moves but IMO it was retarded to sack him after the signing of Melo and Diego, when fans wanked all day long.

And no, I don't think he was that bad at all.
This was reason enough to sack him. He bought Diego with the intention of our team playing 4312 and never bought players to compliment that formation.

I don't even think he consulted Ferarra to see what formation he wanted to use and which players he needed.

That shows lack of forsight and his lack of football knowlege was evident when he thought by signing a playmaker and putting 3 DMs behind him would make us any stronger.

Yes we all wanked over Diego and Melo as they were top players and not the usual mediocre signings we usually made but it was obvious thats Secco didn't have any vision in the way he wanted Juventus to play.

We should of added at least 3 top players every season we've been back from B which would of meant we would be Scudetto challengers by now. Instead we wasted millions on DMs.

I will also never forget the fact that he tried to seel Chellini on the last day of the Mercato season on our first year back to Serie A

"The problem is that people invested in me a power that I had not: in companies such as Juventus, purchasing management is democratic, say. Result of collective decisions. "

How should it be?
"A director general or a ds who decides and takes responsibility: the costs and honors. As with Marotta now. "
This is the best and most important part. And it shows that Secco isn't solely to blame and that actually he was one of the better guys...

Secco was one of the worst things that have happened to our team in the past decade and the main reason our team is not as strenghtened as it should be, despite the considerable amounts we have invested.
We just could do any worse than that and his succesor has already shown some leaps of managerial improvement (except the dizastrous Bonucci-almiron -criscito deal, of course)
We still seem unable to sell and recover some of the money Secco has wasted and still suffer from his cursed touch.
However better days are coming, we are not any longer tied to such unfortunate situations.
As one of Secco's strongest ... Haters. I m quite relieved that we are released from his tyranny and look at our (far) future with confidence.
Now if only we had a proper manager and a serious 5year project would commence, a main objactle has been removed!

Secco was overcritisized here and turned into the scapegoat for our board's failures from the top.

Even if alot of it was shoved on him there was plenty of blame to go around, in his several years here Secco never had the power over transfer decisions that Marotta has already.

Thank you Secco for wasting 140 million euros on shit, overpriced and mental players, Thank you for signing 6 DM/CM non of them added anything to the team yet ignoring our crap defence. Thanks for wasting 10 millions on an injury prone defender who couldn't even play more than 5 games for the team. Thanks for building one of Juve's all time greatest team.

PS: Hope you burn in hell FUCK-FACE.
