The tragedy now is that my hopes of Capello f*cking off if we get relegated are completely shattered. Thanks for ruining my joy at relegation. Capello clearly isn't a Juve man, and he never will be. Ffs he's been having horrible relations with players all throughout the season. This maneuvre will definitely aggravate the players, at a time where we're supposedly trying to convince them not to leave. I can't make any sense of this, it's like a higher up power suddenly decided Juventus should be thrown to the alligators and forgotten of. I don't want to have anything to do with it anymore

edit: nice way of spending 500th post.

cap will move for the players he wants and secco would be his right hand and eye in the transfer zone.

is good move regarding the shape of the team, as its good that the manager moves for the players he thinks he needs.

lets just hope he makes the right choices

all the luck to both.

He is obviusly a temporary solution,
i hope he will find some notes made from Moggi somewhere on some talents,
do we keep our scouters atleast?

If he remains in this position, he will be somebody's tool...

I think its a good moove overall since we wont be able to bring in a new important person in our club untill our situation becomes stable
and it wouldnt be wise to remain completely neutral at transfer matters up untill then...
Alessio Secco is a positive move forward: Juventus are showing the world of football that they are making sweeping changes to the old corrupt management team, this will surely heave moral pressure on to those who will make the decision of our future.
Capello can now, given that we are not demoted, finally get Joaquin, a player he has long sort after, and get rid of much of the dead weight in our team.

By the way which scouts are you refering to? When was the last time an unknown young player of worth joined our team. Our scout was Moggi trauling through the tabloids to see who he could pick-up on the cheep.

Category: General

Juventus Football Club S.p.A. decided to appoint Alessio Secco as Head of Sporting Activities, in agreement with the Head of Technical Area Fabio Capello.

The Ceo Carlo Sant’Albano commented the new appointment:

“From now on, Alessio Secco will be working with Fabio Capello to prepare the next sporting season 2006-2007.

This organizational solution gets inspiration from an innovative vision, which I’m sure will be interpreted at best, thanks to the professionalism, the passion and the enthusiasm that Fabio Capello and Alessio Secco will put in their duty for Juventus, in coherence with the Company’s tradition, and thus fulfilling at best all of our exceptional supporters’ expectations.”

Source: Juventus.com

If Capello didnt have enough responsibility as it is with him providing us with brilliant classy football (long balls), his now got his favourite job (bringing in his roma compatriots).. things just couldnt get worse.. Providing Capello with extra responsibility definetly means we are desperate as hell. On the positive side ive always liked a manager having a bigger say in transfers and actually forming part of bringing in players to the club. The english are really good at that, which is why vialli's experience would proove worthwhile, he knows how the system works and has had experience in bringing in good players for his stint at chelsea. Alessio Secco, I dont know much about, He looks young by the pictures and if his had arguments with zlatan then he sounds like the right type of guy we need.

This is the news forum for the news posts on www.juventuz.com. Our news posts system automatically creates threads for discussions here. I thought I pointed that out say 10-15 times already. ;)

Now I just should get Jeeks to find the control panel so he can post news too. :p

Secco is the same man Zlatan shouted right in the face after being substituted in the treviso match... Hmmm...

Imagine if Zlatan had shouted at Moggi.. The day after Zlatan would literally had been part of an new office building in turin..

And what happened to Capello leaving in the event of the Triad splitting up? If anything the scandal seems to be the best thing that's happened to him since Zlatan's arrrival.

I'll be happy the first day reconstruction begins. Should this guy really be great for Juventus, I'm obviously all for it. But giving Capello power on and off the pitch? That just seems insane.

this is the best move by the club since the scandel shit started!

Im glad that Cap will stay with us.. And im sure he will be here even if we go down to serie b!
