I agree but look what this team (Conte especially) have done to Pirlo. Even Milanisti admit that he's rejuvenated here.
However signing Nesta pose a somewhat-high risk indeed, especially when we'll go to Europe next season; though having Nesta would be a luxury if everything goes right so I hope the management would be ready for the worst scenario possible (eg. he's out for a season or something like that).
