Of course Matri would claim that the efford, teamwork and creativity is more important than finishing with consistence.
Because this is exactly what he has to offer.
It is not his fault that this is not what we need.
The fault lies on the ones who misjudged him and got him for another job.
This was my point since the day we were signing him and it is now more obvious than ever!
