Im obsessed with that song and video (see my sig :D)
I read a review for it and it said that its a really good album, it can be played as one long dance track with all songs joined together. In fact, iTunes is pre-selling the normal album (separate songs) and the long remixed track
Aah, didn't notice the sig :thumb:

I'm so obsessed with it I even incorporated it into a funky house set that I mixed on my computer! Sounds strangely quite good though!

In general music's going downhill I agree.. but there's still some good stuff to be found if you look hard enough

I think this year I've listened most to Broken Social Scene's s/t release.

Rejoice, all ye Canadiennes.

As for Rock, I would say the Foo Fighters new one is pretty amazing.
I'd go with that, though I haven't heard it all.

I liked City of Blinding Lights, but not much else about How to Dismantle...

@Erik: have you ever herd Bill Bailey's take on U2's The Edge? :) Man, does he hate him.

No never heard it but that makes me want to check it out :D
He does this brilliant sketch where he demonstrates a massive technical failure at a U2 concert. The Edge's heavily effects-laden guitar riff collapses into a rather tinny "jingle all the way". Bailey's worth a look BTW - one of the funniest comedians in England.
