You know, with the likes of Miccoli and Maresca we're a lot less forgiving for having snubbed our club for its lack of interest. The fact of the matter is Gilardino wants Milan, even though his father has conceded that Juve have shown interest, he still seems to long for Milan. If he was indeed a loyal fan he would've let Parma know in no uncertain terms, it was either Juve or nothing, quite like he has thrown down the gauntlet for Milan. So lets not try and justify his stance, because hes chosen Milan, and I think we should leave it at that. I wish for him to solve Italy's problems up front, and lets hope his career takes off the way we all think it will. I for one, have never been too keen for him from last season, because of the adequate skill we already have on board, and most importantly players who are gelling well. Again, from the beginning, I've always thought Cassano would be more appropriate if we indeed needed to upgrade our attack, and I'm pretty happy to see things turning out the way they are.
Its just one of my prefferances 
thats why I tend to set my self astray and hope for Gila's signing. I have been following Parma since Mutu was there so I have also been watching Gila quite a bit.
Cassano doesnt seem like a DP replacement, eventhough he is Italian. i wasnt talking in terms of performance in that post. More of personality and looks I guess.
