DMC is a must in modern football,and we also cant play with 2 DMCs,one should be a destroyer n the other is a box-to-box CM,they are complementary to each other.

There is no need to be over excited about Alberto's arrival,he is not the same Aquilani in 2007 or 08,the guy is nodoubt good but not better than Marchisio so i think he will just be his sub.In the End the signing is good and the best part in it that it is loan so next season we may see our young Ekdal or Marrone back in Juve.

As much as I like Marchisio, Melo+Aquilani midfield sounds like it would function better. Sissoko shouldn't be anywhere near the pitch unless he somehow manages to find good form again.

Not for anything but didn't Del Neri say he is playing on starting Marchisio with AA in Tutto juve?

Storari - Motta, Bonucci, Chiellini, De Ceglie - Pepe, Marchisio, Aquilani, Krasic - Diego - Amauri.

Not only those coaches play with a destroyer Alen but each and every coach on Earth nowadays does the same,as i said it is a must in modern football.

i think that usually momo will be in the field together with aquilani. aquilani is the best when attacking and the worst when defending. then it goes marchisio, melo, and finally momo who is the best when defending and the worst when attacking. so we must have a balanced midfield duo at any time. i think that aquilani + marchisio won't work. the same goes for melo + momo. i think that we will mainly see melo - marchisio or momo - aquilani. maybe momo - marchisio when we need to defend more or melo - aquilani when we need to attack more.

in retrospect, i think that our midfield should always include one of marchisio, aquilani and one of melo, momo in order to be balanced. i know that all of us are bored of using only dms but we should not go to the other end and become like real some years before when beckham or guti played as a defensive midfielder.

I don't know but I don't consider Busquets, De Rossi or Cambiasso destroyers. Sure, they can defend pretty well, but all of them are all-round midfielders, not one dimensional destroyers.
