The thing that pisses me off about this guy is that it almost seems he's shying away from what we need him for. He started off well, and would actually look to try and create something. Now all he does is turn around and give the ball to Melo or a defender.

He never looks forward and attempts to play the ball up the pitch - always backwards. We already have Marchisio who's on less wages and won't cost us 10m+, plus he's more versatile and a much better athlete who isn't completely gassed after 70mins. I was really hoping Aquilani could be the play maker we need but at this point you have to think that maybe he isn't as much of a play maker as we all would have liked to believe.
