Aren't we getting Bastos?
Vargas/N'Zogbia/Bastos are realistic targets and excellent players. Hazard/Mata are unrealistic but would be amazing, so they are dreams.
N'Zogbia :D Excellent is a bit of an exaggeration.

Bastos is underwhelming, and we're not getting any top quality fullbacks (Cissokho and Coentrao aren't going to be signed). No champions signed? Management surely wouldn't make that mistake.

Have you seen him play this season? He is class, especially vs West Ham last week end where he scored an amazing free kick and scored the winner for Wigan at 90+4, sending West Ham to the Championship in the process. He has been dynamite the whole year.

I would prefer Vargas though.

N'Zogbia is epic, probably the most underrated player in the Premier league. I'd have him over most left wingers in England.

Tough choice.

On one hand, where will Pastore fit in a 4-4-2? SS? Seems more like he should be in the hole. Meanwhile, Aguero, while great, shouldn't be a priority with our abominable defensive record. Not to mention, our current attack (including Matri and Quagliarella) should suffice for Serie A.

We don't really need either of these guys.

RB, LB, LW is where the money should be spent.

Pastore. He already knows the league well enough.
I hate this argument.

Too silly. Top players will settle everywhere fast.

It's always a risk bringing a foreign player into a new league and expecting them to settle straight away. We'd also get Pastore cheaper aswell.
No it's not always risk to do so. And it doesn't have to mean he'd be cheaper at all.

if i don't consider the price tag i would pick aguero in a heartbeat.
great player he is. and he could fit better in our system as a second striker.... i don't know if pastore would fit in a 4-4-2 as a second striker

Pastore, mainly because I don't think this team can play 442, we don't have a quality left winger (and they're endagered species nowadays, hard to get them for a decent price) and soon will have Pirlo in the team. Both wonderful players though, Aguero would be fantastic too.

I agree, and if we are going to play with 4-4-2 we need more than one LW, we need at least 2 LW and one cover for Krasic. It looks like we are going to offload Martinez, and instead of paying an additional 7.5 for the hopeless Pepe we should go after someone else for the bench.
Brazzo is leaving as well. Dunt think Conte is going to use Marchi on the wings like Del Neri did last season.

I would prefer a 4-4-2 with Aguero more alongside Matri. With Vargas as a winger and Van der Wiel and Balzaretti as our fullbacks.
