You, as coach, have to understand how to get the best out of the players that you have - proper formation, proper strategy, proper build up play. Allegri is using Rabiot, Arthur, Pellegrini, Dybala wrong, it's undeniable. Rabiot and Arthur should play higher, Dybala should play as CAM, Pellegrini should be able to push up the field not just stay at the back.
